Our Senior Team
Annabelle Lofthouse and Catrin May are the co-founders and directors of Breakthrough Case Management and Breakthrough Care. They are both registered nurses with significant experience across the NHS and Private Sector.
Our Purpose
Breakthrough provides a specialist rehabilitation service and co-ordinates packages of care for adults and children who have brain, spinal and physical injuries.
