As a case management company and care provider dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of those with complex needs and often with significant neurodisability, we are delighted to be sponsoring the NR Times People’s Choice Rehab Leader of the Year award for 2023.
This award will recognise the individual, from whatever branch of neuro-rehab they operate in, who has truly excelled in their field through leadership, contribution, commitment and compassion, all of which are qualities we endeavour to adhere to in our own company ethos.
As a person-centred company, with years of experience working with some exceptional rehab providers, it makes sense for us to be collectively championing these incredible people and professionals working in the sector. This is an opportunity to honour those that have gone the extra mile, demonstrated leadership in the rehabilitation field, made significant contributions to the advancement of rehabilitation services and ultimately improved client outcomes.
Setting this category apart from the others is the fact that it will be decided by a public vote. As case managers, we advocate daily for the individual, amplifying their voice in their own rehabilitation journey, giving voices to those who may not find it easy to speak up. Similarly, we are acutely aware that often it is not the most prominent names or well-known companies and dedicated professionals in the sector who achieve deserved recognition. Some heroes fly under the radar. It is our hope that this award will shine a light on some of those striving to provide exceptional rehabilitation services who may not ordinarily be included in an awards event.
We understand from experience that rehabilitation plays a critical role in helping individuals recover from illness or injury and regain their independence. As such it is important to recognise those who are leading the way in the field and inspiring others to follow in their footsteps. It is our hope that this award not only acknowledges the accomplishments of an exceptional individual, but also serves as a source of motivation for others.
Nominations and entries for this particular category close on the 30th of June and public voting will take place in September, with the winners announced during an online ceremony on October 26th, 2023.
