Breakthrough Case Management is continuing to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic to best protect our clients, their care teams and our case managers. Breakthrough Case Management has a statutory duty of care for people’s health and safety. Looking after our service users & employee’s health, well-being and safety is our number one priority during this outbreak.Our support workers and rehabilitation staff have undertaken Coronavirus Awareness training and received copies of our company Coronavirus Policy.
Appropriate PPE is supplied to all clients and care teams as a matter of course. Risk assessments are continually reviewed in line with current guidance.The government, Public Health England and all Local Authorities are responsible for the advice and guidance disseminated to their Local Providers.As a care provider, we are taking a pro-active approach to mitigate risks and are monitoring both national and international guidance and advice daily.
